1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PIKUP ("the Platform"), operated by TRANSPORTISTIC SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

PIKUP, operated by TRANSPORTISTIC SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, is a digital platform that connects customers requiring truck transportation services with truck drivers/owners. We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the actual transportation services.

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform
• One person or entity may maintain only one account
• Users can delete their account at any time through profile settings
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Driver Responsibilities

• Maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance
• Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and properly maintained
• Provide accurate information about vehicle capacity and capabilities
• Complete bookings professionally and on time
• Handle goods with care and follow safety regulations

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
• Ensure goods are properly packed and labeled
• Declare hazardous or restricted materials
• Make payment as agreed
• Be available at pickup and delivery locations

6. Payments and Fees

• Platform charges a 20% convenience fee on completed bookings
• Payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• Drivers receive payment to their wallet after successful delivery
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Convenience fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation Policy
• Payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets
• Drivers can withdraw funds from their wallet to their bank account

7. Cancellation Policy

8. Liability

• PIKUP acts as an intermediary and is not liable for loss, damage, or delay of goods
• Drivers are responsible for goods in their custody
• Users should obtain appropriate insurance for valuable goods
• Platform liability is limited to the convenience fee paid

9. Prohibited Activities

• Transportation of illegal, hazardous, or restricted materials
• Fraudulent bookings or payments
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Misuse of platform features
• Circumventing convenience fees

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• Users should first contact our support team at support@pikup.co.in
• We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 15 business days
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• The arbitration shall be conducted in English language
• The seat of arbitration shall be in India
